Shamara is an Indonesian fashion and home decor brand that combines tradition and modernity. Their products are designed to highlight Indonesian traditional textiles, such as Tenun Sumba from East Nusa Tenggara.

Social Media Audit

Deliverables: Points of improvement overview across the brand’s online presence and competitor analysis.

I start the project with an idea of a complete social media audit. In this case, we can pinpoint exactly what we need to improve, keep, or even remove. Based on the knowledge that I gathered during the research process, I proposed a social media plan for the business owner.

In addition to the improvement overview, I also presented a competitor analysis because I believe we can always learn from both direct and indirect competitors.

Content Planning and Copywriting

Deliverables: Content schedule and Instagram captions based on the business’ needs.

Before working on the deliverables, I conducted research on the target market, which consists mainly of Indonesian women aged 35-40. Once I gathered enough information about the target market’s characteristics and behaviour, I wrote and scheduled the content with this in mind.
